6 Logistics Logistics On average, 97.5% of all catalogue products are permanently available from stock at CIMCO. Consistent use of our comprehensive logistics controlling system has allowed us to further improve on our delivery rate. Delivery reliability Delivery of a customer’s order is normally effected in less than 36 hours from receipt of the order. Thanks to efficient logistics partners, every CIMCO customer receives the required goods within 3 to 4 days and, in urgent cases, if the order – reaches CIMCO before noon –, delivery may even be effected on the next working day. Rapid order processing Special customer requirements, such as reusable transport systems, scheduled domestic and foreign delivery dates, delivery tracking via the internet or special packaging requirements are no problem for us – we’ll sort it! Customised logistics services The wholesaler is normally unable to stock tools of exceptional sizes and special tools. But it is these specialities which are urgent when required. CIMCO provides direct delivery to the user or the building site – within Germany without extra charge! If it’s really urgent! All CIMCO sales and delivery packaging are reusable or recyclable thanks to the easily separable materials. CIMCO has already been working with disposal companies such as ISD Interseroh for years.
