Automatic cable stripping knife Cable stripping knife, time-tested through millions of uses, for round and longitudinal cuts, individually screw-adjustable cutting depth that eliminates damage to the inner conductor. Handle shells of wear-resistant polyamide. Both the tips of the interior cable stripping knives and the cutting edges of the attached clamping blades are coated with titanium nitrite. At approx 500 °C, the cutting blade is vapour coated with titanium nitrite in a vacuum chamber according to the PVD process. Excellent gliding qualities and high resistance to wear and abrasion are achieved through the reduced surface area structure and the extremely high hardness.
