Thanks to outstanding mechanical stability and chemical resistance, this tube is highly suitable for electrical insulation, as bend and abrasion protection, as damp protection for seals, for bundling, for strain relief and for marking in electronics and electrical engineering, telecommunications, cable assembly, in the automotive industry and many other areas. Thanks to the shrinkage ratio of 3 : 1, particularly suitable for compensating large differences in diameter of the object to be shrink-wrapped, e.g. markedly contoured parts such as connection sleeves, plugs and switches, as well as for covering a wide range of applications with just a few heat shrink tube sizes. Excellent sealing properties thanks to the inner lining of special hot melt adhesive, providing outstanding protection against water and moisture penetration. The melting temperature of the hot melt adhesive is approx. +70 °C to +80 °C. Supplied on dispenser rolls, stable, environmentally friendly cardboard rolls, diameter approx. 300 mm - 550 mm (depending on size of heat shrink tube), core diameter approx. 30 mm, for industrial use in particular.
