Quantity Dimensions per sheet mm 40 11 x 19 10 18 2660 20 25 x 38 10 18 2662 Inspection stickers Inspection stickers are used in quality assurance (QA) processes according to DIN EN ISO 9000 ff, in association with, e.g. legally stipulated inspections and within the context of the German Accident Prevention Guidelines (UVV). This especially applies to the monitoring of testing devices, equipment and systems, as well as important supply lines (cables, pipes/tubes). There are two ways to affix the inspection stickers: directly onto the inspected equipment or onto one of the basic stickers provided, which are affixed to the equipment. The date of inspection is documented with a writing instrument or notch pliers. The inspection stickers consist of tamper-proof document foil, i.e. to prevent misuse, the sticker is irrevocably destroyed when an attempt is made to remove it. Document foil properties: The document foil can be marked using pencil, pen, felt pen or typewriter. It is 0.05 mm thick and temperature-resistant from -30 °C to +80 °C. The adhesive strength is greater than the tear strength of the foil. The foil breaks when removed and is largely resistant to ageing, weather and light.
